We will be at this event in support of Ruby31 and her brave fight against cancer. Below is a write up from the organizers.
In 2011 a special event was held called the Boston Invasion, where Society members that lived near Boston invited their friends to the member-owned Society Dungeon Space in
Hartford, CT for a little bit of programming that highlighted the expertise of Bostonians, while sharing the knowledge of the Society members. Voila! A tradition was born.
Now that tradition is one of the largest play events in New England with Programming, Classes, Demos, Potluck Picnic, Dinner Theater, Sexxxy Spa, Contests and a Play Party that few can rival! All for only $20.00.
A Very Special Boston Invasion
Saturday, Feb 1st is a very special edition of the Boston Invasion; A Rally for Ruby31.
Our great friend Ruby31 has been diagnosed with stage 4 cancer. She has brought smiles and joy to many and we are hoping that, as a community, we can show her some love and kindness to help her through this rough time. Her treatment costs are piling up and every little bit we can each do to help will go a long way in bringing comfort and compassion to her now.
We are calling on everyone to help. A raffle and silent auction will be held. So whether you can donate an item, buy some raffle tickets or bid in the silent auction, your generosity will be greatly appreciated. All proceeds go to the Ruby31 Foundation.
Some highlights of the night include a presentation by Mistress Suzanne SxySadist; dinner theater with DaSade and sleepingirl; educational and entertainment demos along with massages, foot rubs and boot blacking by donation for your pleasure.
If you are not a Society member and you RSVP by midnight on January 30th, the Boston Invasion Organizing team will be your sponsor.
The doors open at 5pm and remain open until 3am! You have the option to stay over in the dungeon, which includes breakfast. The sleepover and brunch party is $10 for non-members; $5 for Society members and includes the option to play until 2pm on Sunday! This is a great opportunity to visit the Society if you have never been.
